Bought on usa for $ 799 when it was on a one day sale with free shipping. Delivered as promised between 12-3.00 pm - she placed the box inside the house through the front door. I immediately noticed that the box was pretty banged up - made a note that in the delivery. Pushing it to the gym room on the same floor has some trouble - the box is heavy, even though it was tiled floor all the way.
Upon opening I discovered some fragments of black plastic, and some of the wooden support blocks inside the box had (to protect the inside of the maintenance box integrity) displaced or dislocated completely, and I noticed the damage to the plastic parts, especially the right foot rail and the lower rear cover. I called support, called in a few hours later and were very helpful. Since the damaged parts saw external, non-structural and cosmetic damage was, I went to mount the device. Support helped me in determining what were the part numbers for the plastic cracked and they have already shipped. If I am not able to figure out how to replace it (easily seen) they will send a tech over. All under warranty, obviously.
Me has 3 hours of assembly at a very leisurely pace, with a lunch break. I wish I had some help with the installation of the console as it is awkward to do by just one person. I recommend 2 people to smooth it, but I could do it myself.
I had the iFit Live module separately ordered from Amazon for just over a hundred dollars, and got that set and go in 30 minutes. I have a PC to a TV and a wireless router in the gym, and it's kind of cool to see a live view of progress through maps. iFit is a bit confusing to configure and use, in my opinion, but is really cool. I suspect that the novelty will wear off, is especially after the 1-year fre membership over. :)
The treadmill itself is a good size and comfortable. Everything seems to work well based on my near-zero knowledge treadmills. I like the treadmill better than the elliptical I -. More an endorphin high after a walk or a run at him, as I do on the elliptical
Two problems: The slopes are great, but I increased the line speed - I think due to the gravity of the legs down to press shift in addition to the engine. Overall a great deal and seems to be a treadmill of really good quality, and so far I say great support. I cam considering the extended warranty for 4 years for $ 149.
